Q: Who do I call for any problems with the unit?

A: All items concernt the operation, condition and maintenance of rental units are to be handled by the renting agent or owner. The Building Manager is to be notified immediately by owners or renters of any emergencies, such as leaks. 

Q: What if we need additional parking?

Additional parking (IF AVAILABLE) is $10 per day/$40 per week; cash or credit.  This charge will be adjusted to be commensurate with the charges for parking at the Ocean City municipal lot, next to the new library, across Coastal Highway. 

At no time will there be any additional parking spaces available between July 3 and July 5.  This policy will only be in effect during the spring/summer season (approximate times:  Thursday before Memorial Day until Labor Day).  

All vehicles MUST display an English Towers parking permit and are subject to booting and a $50.00 fine. 

Owner permits are for owner vehicles ONLY and are not transferable.

Q: What is the registration fee for renters?

We now take credit/debit cards for your convenience!

A. Rental registration fees are $40.00 per visit.  Extra parking remains at $10.00 per day & $40.00 per week, when available.   TBD UNTIL STAY AT HOME ORDER AND RENTAL RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED  

B. Rental Registration fee will be $25.00 per visit during the OFF season starting on TBD UNTIL STAY AT HOME ORDER AND RENTAL RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED
