RENTER INFORMATION

ENGLISH TOWERS IS NOW A NON-SMOKING FACILITY (smoking area on the north side of the building)

BUILDING ADMINISTRATIVE/PARKING FEES

 WE NOW TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

• Building Administrative Fee is $50.00 per visit and includes ONE parking permit.  Extra vehicle parking is $10.00 per day/$60.00 per week, when available (only ONE additional car per unit).  

MUNICIPAL PARKING - There is a municipal lot across the street for extra parking at the same rates ($10/day).

BEACH LOCKER RENTAL - First-Come-First Served Beach Locker rental for your umbrellas, chairs, etc. $15.00.  Buy a lock (to keep) for $5.00 (or bring your own)       

TV STREAMING AT ENGLISH TOWERS

• High-speed Internet streaming is available in each unit. Renters will be able to use streaming services either provided by the individual unit owners or able to bring their own devices (such as Chromecast, Firestick, or Apple TV).  In many cases, renters will also be able to stream their home television services through connection to their home service providers. 

FITNESS CENTER

• A fitness center has been installed in the building for use by owners and renters.  We have Matrix Treadmills, Matrix Rower, Inflight Weight Trainer, Matrix Elliptical and a Matrix Recumbent Bike. There is a television with streaming service (currently Apple TV) for use while using the center.  Use of the fitness center requires signed liability waivers (come to the office) and a refundable $10.00 key fob deposit.

No check-ins before 12 NOON on Saturdays and must have rental agency package to check in (management must have the morning to evaluate parking availability for the weekend)

Any problems with the unit – please call your rental agency and report the issue as soon as possible.

Wifi is available directly through our internet service provider (see WIFI info sheet below)
